Somatic healing for individuals, couples and groups in English and Spanish with a specialty in serving social justice activists and community workers. The work is centered in generative somatics, a politicized body-based form of transformation and embodiment. Healing trauma for the sake of increasing our ability to make a positive impact on the world.

Sue Kuyper is a bilingual somatic coach, social justice therapist and trauma consultant who has been working in the crossroads of social movements, community-based organizations and personal healing for the past 20 years. With extensive community organizing and progressive social work experience in youth and women’s organizations in San Francisco’s Mission District as well as nearly 8 years of human rights work in Guatemala, she offers an in-depth multicultural, international and multi-disciplinary perspective. She has been training since 2010 with generative somatics (generativesomatics.org). Sue is also a single mother of two.
