Resting in Grief: A Sanctuary for Healing
When: Saturday, May 10th from 10-12pm
Sliding Scale Cost: $50-65
You're warmly invited to a community event combining facilitated grief processing with restorative yoga and sound healing. This gathering is a gentle invitation to come as you are and be held—in conversation, in stillness, and in shared presence.
Together, we’ll create a cozy, supportive space where grief can be spoken or simply felt, without judgment. Our facilitator, Dori, will gently guide us with conversation starters and grounding activities to help us navigate the emotions that may arise. Nirel & JoAnn will offer a deeply nourishing somatic sound healing and yoga nidra practice to support your body and spirit in integrating the experience.
Come as you are—whether you’re feeling raw, tender, hopeful, or unsure. All are welcome, and no one walks this path alone. We look forward to sitting with you in this sacred space of shared healing.
