Community Well opened in 2015 with a passion to help heal our community. It is managed by an Advisory Board of stakeholders including health and wellness professionals, parents, educators, and activists who assess community needs, inform programming, and evaluate quality. We are a fiscally sponsored project of the San Francisco Public Health Foundation.

CW is dedicated to fostering well-being by providing accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive holistic health services. Through mental health support, indigenous wisdom, and integrative healing practices, we help to empower individuals and families to heal, grow, and thrive. We envision a community where everyone has the tools and support to achieve wellness in body, mind, and spirit, creating a healthier, more connected, and resilient future for all.
