This four-part series is your gateway into the magic and art of herbalism, offering a practical foundation for bringing herbs into your daily life. It’s everything you need to begin your journey with plant medicine.
In this course, you will explore the nervous and digestive systems, learning about common imbalances and the corresponding herbal remedies that can help bring them into balance.
Our dynamic sessions are designed to be hands-on and experiential. You'll learn to identify and work with key herbs while crafting your own foundational remedies, from bitters and tinctures to nourishing oils and salves. You’ll even get to embark on a guided herb walk to deepen your direct relationship with the plants.
We are thrilled to announce that this course is a collaboration with Community Well SF, as we co-create a new campus to bring accessible herbalism to San Francisco. By joining us, you will be a part of the pioneering group helping to build our vibrant community in a new location.
