Nicole Lapuyade, NBC-HWC, is a board-certified health and wellness coach and guided imagery practitioner who helps people press pause and reset in the midst of life’s challenges. Her workshops blend guided imagery, sound healing, mindfulness, and coaching to support those living with chronic conditions, stress, or burnout. With a gentle, compassionate approach, she creates a nurturing space where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel deeply supported. Before becoming a wellness coach, Nicole spent many years in the biotech industry and understands firsthand the toll of constant striving and overdoing.
