- computer/laptop/mobile device 
- Download the Zoom app 
- A quiet and private space ideal for meditation 
- Please arrive on time to honor the specific opening ritual 
- Please avoid late arrivals or early dismissal 
In light of the City's recent announcement of the shelter-in-place order, Community Well must comply with the City & County order in place to safeguard public health and will hold all of it’s H3 Programs online.
These monthly community centered virtual healing hikes are designed to create a specific time for the adults and caregivers in our communities to have a focused meditation engaging with the power of our connection to nature.These intimate virtual journeys are designed as a special and unique time for our hardworking caregivers to reset their inner emotional well-being without distraction or obligation, so they can be their best for others.
We will start by gathering on Zoom with a warm greeting. This will support our presence with each other and our surroundings. You will then be guided to develop your intention for the day and a specific meditation will anchor your experience. Most of the virtual hike will be done in silence with a guided meditation as we sit in the safety of our homes during the shelter in place orders. We’ll have some points of breaking into a group sharing of the experience.
Through the powerful process of journey work this healing hike will:
- Give you an opportunity to pause, slow down the mind and spirit, and create an open space for rest with a guided meditation through your own sacred space in nature 
- Create an intimate and safe community building experience with your neighbors with light sharing amongst participants 
- Model mindful tools for you to engage with nature anytime you are in need of fresh air or a place for deep reflection, or even energetic release 
- Expand your perspective about visiting your local parks and natural areas to model how to do a solo healing hike outdoors 
By attending these hikes you will develop more:
- emotional awareness and how emotions live in your body and how stuck energies can move as you move through nature 
- Awareness of your nature connection by remembering ways in which nature exists in our bodies and supports us when in need of clarity or to move through challenging times in a safe environment 
- Calm, emotional release, and stress release in a safe environment 
- Find a deeper connection to your community by exchanging powerful life lessons and a shared experience with each other 
- Access the many parts of your inner wisdom to tap into your inner wisdom, ancestor or spirit guides, or animal or visions of nature during the virtual hike
