I work with families, individuals, parents/couples, and specialize in supporting male youth ages 11 - 17 and adult men. My goal is to help you process areas of your life impacted by trauma that feel stressful and/or confusing. I use a mixture of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, mindfulness, and CBT to get you there.

Faauuga Moliga-Puletasi

Faauuga has the extensive lived experience to offer his clients as he himself is a trauma survivor and a parent. His goal in therapy is to help individuals who are suffering, so they can find peace and happiness. He helps clients heal deep-rooted issues connected to family dysfunctions, unhealthy relationships, or societal expectations. He works on identifying triggers and unhealthy behaviors stemming from these experiences and uses EMDR and IFS to repair the harm it has done to the mind, body, and spirit. As he and his clients process traumatic feelings such as anxiety, fear, or sadness, he has seen clients manage their life stressors better. They begin to discover healthier ways to live and move away from self-destructive behaviors. Their self-awareness improves and individuals become more accountable to themselves and others.

Faauuga is bicultural (American Samoan), bilingual (Samoan/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and passionate about helping individuals, youth, and their families. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and speaks fluent English and Samoan.
